1.     Do you provide spare parts and service in our country (region)?

2.     Do you guarantee spare parts even after 10 years?

AKC konstrukce and B+R automatic guarantee spare parts availability for minimum of next 10 years after the time, when the manufacturing was stopped.

 

 

3.     Part of the control panel is also a computer. Do we have to buy the license of the operating system?

 No, control panel is using B+R automatic runtime software, which is provided at no cost at time of control panel purchase.

4.     Is this system suitable for operating theatres?

5.     Custom changes possible? – To add new functions?

Yes, if client is requesting atypical functions, it is possible to implement it into existing software anytime in future.

 

 

6.     Is panel available only in English vision?

No, panel is designed for most language versions. In control panel MENU is possible to switch in between of individual languages.

 

 

 7.     Is it possible to change configuration by accidently touch on the screen?

 No, this is not possible. System is designed that all functions, which may change settings must be changed by trained personnel with knowledge what to do.  

 After incidental touch may happen, that sub-menu of settings of given function will open, but after 3 seconds it will automatically return to main menu.

  

8.     Why is good connection of control panel to internet?

 In case, if user will inform us about IP address of the control panel we are then able to diagnose and repair most of the cases from far distance without necessity to visit the site. This service is free.

 

 

9.     What is advantage of placing switchboard of the control panel outsider operating theatre?

 Differently from other solution can be switchboard place as far  as 40 m from touch screen, which is placed inside of the operating theatre.

 Thanks to its position its enable to service the control panel even during the operation.
